Helps with my pain This is my second pair. I also have the greenish/gray pair purchased at a department store and available on Amazon as well.I developed heel pain and plantar fasciitis wearing sneakers that had a minimal arch and were too wide for my narrow heel across the whole back of my foot. These are too good to last long so I’m buying an extra pair now Ok, these are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever owned. I’m a mostly neutral runner (very slight pronator) with average-to-wide feet and arches that are neither flat nor high. Good looking and amazing fit! Love these ASICS! Especially the bottoms because they grip better while walking through the snow. I would definitely purchase these again! Also I like the fact I can take the insoles out and put my orthotics in these shoes. I stand in a pharmacy approx 8-9 hours a day. Walk miles and miles, I get a new pair of ASICS every 6 months or so! They always hold up very well.
