Not bad but not that great either. So I had these shoes for 2 weeks now and put about 60 miles in them thus far. And I will say that these offer some pretty good protection while on the road or on the trails. I was a fan of the Altra One’s which are shoes with the least protection and was a big fan so these were almost on par with those shoes. I also had not heard of this brand but super impressed and will buy again in the future I am in no way a “runner” but my feet were killing me with just basic cardio exercise and working out. Purchased these and my feet seriously never hurt anymore, they have a wide toe area which just seems to allow your foot to flex and breath unlike most shoes. These are the priciest pair of shoes I think I’ve ever purchased but totally worth the cost because I won’t need a new pair for quite a while. I also had not heard of this brand but super impressed and will buy again in the future.

Good all-purpose road shoe Now that I’ve had these shoes for about a month, I’m redoing my review. One point to mention is that I have had several pairs of Altras and have always had to order a Half size or size larger than what I normally wear in other brands. These, are true to size, which is normally a good thing, but an inconvenience if you thought you knew which size Altra you wear, and now you have to return them to get a smaller size.Otherwise, these are pretty great Do-everything shoe.
